  • You will verify all System-provided information independently and will not rely solely on the System to make safety or operational decisions.
  1. User Content and Intellectual Property

User Uploads

  • You may upload documents (“User Content”) to enhance the knowledge base. The System employs AI to process and generate advisory responses based on User Content.
  • You retain all intellectual property rights in your User Content. By uploading, you grant Medi-Qore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and store such content solely to operate, improve, and provide the System.

  • We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to review, block, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Copyright and Proprietary Materials

  • The System and all its components (software, data, AI models, UI/UX designs, documentation) remain the property of Medi-Qore and its licensors. You acquire no ownership rights by using the System except the limited license to operate it as permitted.
  1. Privacy and Data Security

Privacy Commitment

  • We do not collect or process clinical, patient-specific, or health data. Only minimal data necessary for user authentication, usage tracking, and system improvement is collected in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

    • Secure hosting on AWS infrastructure with regular backups and monitoring.
  • Despite such measures, no system is perfectly secure. Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  1. User Responsibilities and Restrictions
  • You agree to use the System only for lawful purposes and consistent with its intended use as a technical advisory tool.

  1. INTENDED USE STATEMENT

AI-Powered Fault Response System

Purpose:
The AI-powered fault response system is an advisory software platform designed to assist users in diagnosing and resolving technical faults in equipment, including but not limited to medical devices and other specialised machinery. The system provides information, instructions, and suggested solutions for technical errors based on user descriptions and uploaded technical documents.

Intended User(s):

  • Trained technical, engineering or equipment maintenance staff
  • Personnel responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, or servicing of equipment
  • NOT intended for patients, clinical staff making diagnostic or therapeutic decisions, or for use in direct patient care.

Functional Description:
The system receives queries regarding technical errors or fault events from users via supported devices (such as PCs, tablets, or smartphones). The system analyses user-provided information (including descriptions, error codes, and uploaded documents) and searches a curated data store for matches. It then returns information to assist the user in correcting or resolving technical faults in the equipment. The system does not interface directly with or control equipment, nor does it process, analyse, or provide information relating to individual patient medical data.

Limitations:

  • The system does NOT provide medical advice or clinical decision support, and must not be used for diagnosing, treating, or monitoring patients or for therapeutic purposes.
  • The system does not replace certified technical support, original manufacturer documentation, or service by qualified personnel as required by applicable laws, industry standards, or manufacturer recommendations.
  • The system does not directly integrate or interface with equipment hardware unless and until specifically documented as such in future releases.

Warnings/Disclaimers:

  • The information and guidance provided by the AI-powered fault response system are advisory only. It remains the user’s responsibility to verify all recommendations and to comply with relevant safety protocols, equipment manufacturer guidance, and institutional procedures.
  • In critical equipment situations, always contact qualified personnel or the device manufacturer directly.
  • Do not use this system as the sole basis for any decision affecting patient care or safety.
